1. Can I place a custom order?

There will be very limited listings for custom orders. After purchasing one you can contact me to request any hair color, skin tone and outfit. You can also email pictures for reference.

2. Payment & Shipping?

Please complete your payment using paypal. Your dolls will be beautifully and safely wrapped and shipped as soon as possible. You will get a notification through paypal containing shipping and tracking information. We are not responsible for packages after shipping notification has been announced. Please allow up to 21 days for shipments to arrive. We will send listed shipments to ensure safe arrivals.

3. Turnaround time for custom orders?

Each creation in this shop is carefully handcrafted by me. Please allow about 6 weeks waiting time after payment is complete.

4. Returns & Refunds?

There can be no returns or refunds after payments have been made.
